Accounts and sign-in

§1.1

Registration details

Email registration processes your email address, display name and password. Account passwords are stored as salted hashes rather than plaintext. Session records identify signed-in sessions and their expiry.

§1.2

Google sign-in

When enabled and you authorize it, Google provides an account identifier, email address and name to create or link your site account. We do not receive your Google password. Google’s privacy policy also applies to that authorization flow.

Submitted content and AI

§2.1

Provider and published information

Profiles, promotions, articles, images and public contact details are processed for review and publication. Orders, subscription status and activity records support service administration. Do not include private information or credentials in content intended for publication.

§2.2

Translation and AI assistant

When AI translation or the assistant is enabled, content, questions and relevant context may be sent to the configured AI service to generate a response. Different features may use different services. Do not provide passwords, keys or unnecessary sensitive information.

Cookies and analytics

§3.1

Sign-in and preferences

The platform uses session cookies, Google authorization-state cookies and language-preference cookies for sign-in security and language selection. Clearing or blocking them may sign you out or reset preferences.

§3.2

Visit analytics

The production site uses Vercel Analytics to understand page visits and usage trends, with associated requests processed by that service. This purpose is separate from member session cookies; technical processing follows Vercel’s published documentation and enabled features.

Logs and third-party services

§4.1

Operational and security records

Servers and network services may record IP addresses, request times, paths, status and errors to operate the service, investigate faults and prevent abuse. Diagnostics process submitted public target URLs and send requests to them. Do not submit URLs containing sensitive tokens.

§4.2

Advertising and external links

Pages contain advertising, provider links or externally hosted assets. Loading such assets or following links may disclose your IP address, browser request and referrer information to the other service under its policy. This policy does not replace third-party policies.

Retention and privacy requests

§5.1

Record retention

Accounts, content, orders, security logs and backups have different retention needs. Records are retained as needed for service operation, dispute handling and applicable obligations. We do not claim that every record is automatically deleted after a fixed number of days; contact us about a specific request.

§5.2

Access, correction and deletion

Use the contact page to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify account ownership to prevent unauthorized changes. Some records may need to remain for orders, disputes or applicable obligations. Never send passwords or keys for verification.
